1Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "Player", "User" or "you") and cmbet ("Company", "we", "us" or "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at cmbet.cam (the "Platform").

By accessing or using the Platform in any capacity — including but not limited to registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, claiming a promotion or browsing game content — you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

2Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

Balance	The total of cleared, withdrawable funds held in a Member's Account, denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Prohibited Territory	Any jurisdiction in which access to or use of the Platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable local law.

3Account Eligibility

To register and maintain a cmbet Account, you must satisfy all of the following requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a natural person acting in your personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party;
• You are not located in, or resident of, any Prohibited Territory;
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director or immediate family member of a cmbet employee;
• You are not under self-exclusion on the Platform or via any connected responsible gambling programme;
• You have the legal capacity under your applicable national law to enter into binding agreements; and
• You are opening the Account voluntarily for personal entertainment purposes and understand that gambling involves financial risk.

4Account Registration & KYC

4.1 — Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or using different information — is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of funds.

4.2 — Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and to update your Account details promptly when any information changes. cmbet reserves the right to verify all registration details at any time.

4.3 — KYC Verification

cmbet operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Acceptable verification documents include (but are not limited to) a valid Malaysian National Identity Card (MyKad), passport or other government-issued identity document. Additional documentation — such as proof of address or proof of payment method — may be requested before withdrawals are approved.

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or, in cases of suspected fraud or misrepresentation, permanent Account closure.

4.4 — Account Security

You are solely responsible for all activities conducted through your Account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. cmbet strongly recommends enabling all available security features. Any suspected unauthorised access should be reported to our support team immediately.

5Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 — Supported Payment Methods

cmbet currently supports deposits and withdrawals through the following payment channels, subject to availability and ongoing operational requirements: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, DuitNow and FPX (Financial Process Exchange). All Account balances are denominated in MYR.

5.2 — Deposit Conditions

All deposits must be made from payment accounts held in the Member's own name. cmbet does not accept third-party deposits. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed within the Cashier section and may be revised from time to time. Deposits are generally credited to the Account promptly, but processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

5.3 — Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will only be processed to payment accounts belonging to, and registered in the name of, the Account holder. A completed KYC review is a prerequisite for all withdrawals. cmbet reserves the right to request additional documentation prior to processing any withdrawal request. 5.4 — Transaction Fees

cmbet does not charge a platform-side fee on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may impose their own fees or conversion charges; such charges are entirely your responsibility.

6Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 — General Bonus Terms

Promotional offers made available by cmbet — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, birthday rewards, referral rewards and any other incentive — are subject to individual bonus terms. Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, the following general conditions apply:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Members who have completed Account registration and any required verification steps;
• Each promotion may be claimed only once per Member, per household and per device, unless explicitly stated otherwise;
• Bonus Funds must meet the stated Wagering Requirement before any derived winnings may be withdrawn;
• Wagering Requirements apply across eligible game categories, which are specified in each promotion's individual terms;
• cmbet reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotion at its sole discretion.

6.2 — Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 20x means you must wager 20 times the bonus value). Real-money funds in the Account are wagered before Bonus Funds. Wagering contributions from different game types may vary; slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino games may contribute a lower percentage as specified per promotion.

6.3 — Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to manipulate or exploit bonus offers — including the use of multiple Accounts, collusion with other Members, or systematic low-risk betting patterns designed solely to extract bonus value — constitutes a breach of these Terms. cmbet reserves the right to void any bonus, withhold related winnings and close the Account of any Member found to have engaged in such conduct.

7Gameplay Rules

Each game category available on cmbet — including slots, live casino, sports betting, live football markets, lottery and arcade games — is governed by individual game rules that are displayed within the respective game or product interface. In the event of any inconsistency between individual game rules and these Terms, the individual game rules shall prevail in respect of gameplay mechanics, and these Terms shall prevail in all other respects.

cmbet sports betting lines and odds — including those related to Liga Super Malaysia matches, EPL fixtures, UFC events and other competitions — are set in good faith but remain subject to market movement and may be suspended or amended without prior notice. cmbet reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market affected by a technical error, incorrectly displayed odds, or a breach of these Terms.

The Company's decision on the outcome of any bet, game round or sporting event where the result is disputed shall be final and binding, subject to the formal dispute resolution process described below.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Violation of any of these provisions may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your Account, forfeiture of balances and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform;
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete registration information;
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Depositing or wagering funds derived from criminal or fraudulent activity;
• Using automated software, bots, algorithms or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, system errors or glitches for financial gain — any winnings derived from exploiting a Platform error are void and will be reversed;
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting or any other form of sports fraud;
• Colluding with other Members or third parties to unfairly influence game outcomes;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, modify or access the Platform's source code or backend systems;
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing or any other financial crime.

9Responsible Gambling

cmbet is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling practices. The Platform is intended for entertainment only and should never be used as a source of income or to address financial difficulties. If you feel that your gambling is becoming problematic, we encourage you to take immediate action.

cmbet provides the following responsible gambling tools within your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits — set daily, weekly or monthly deposit ceilings; reductions apply immediately and increases require a cooling-off period;
• Session Time Reminders — configure notifications to alert you after a set period of continuous play;

10Privacy & Data

11Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, text, logos, trademarks and audiovisual materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of cmbet or its licensed game studio partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, publish, transmit, modify or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of cmbet.

12Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cmbet shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or business interruption.

cmbet does not guarantee that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free or uninterrupted. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues or force majeure events may cause temporary outages. cmbet will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned downtime where reasonably practicable.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

13Suspension & Termination

cmbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account — with or without prior notice — for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, criminal or prohibited activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a requested timeframe;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute initiated by the Member;
• Regulatory, legal or law enforcement requirement; or
• Protection of the integrity of the Platform and its user community.

Upon Account termination for a material breach, cmbet may forfeit any Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds held in the Account. Real-money balances in a terminated Account will be returned to the Member's verified payment method unless retention is required by law or for the purposes of an ongoing investigation.

Members may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Any outstanding real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal to the Member's verified payment method following completion of any pending review.

14Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the applicable international gaming regulatory framework under which cmbet operates. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitral tribunals as designated by the applicable regulatory authority.

15Amendments

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account.
